Teri,
I think your story to be specifically about being to change for better. When you became better and should be thankful for money showing an expression. I like your story about thanking and appreciate the way you want to share with someone.

Thank you for sharing the wonderful story. You always find the right story and apply it to some current deaf issues and to the messes at DeafRead or DVTV.

Teri,
I’m proud to say that I first heard about this wonderful story from you. Thank you for that.
It rings true for one of my favorite quotes, that of “The Greatest Strength is Gentleness”.
Happy Holidays!

Teri,
Your story has inspired me. I agree with your story about “politeness” and “gratitude”. I like that. I hope you had nice Thanksgiving last week. Wish you Merry Christmas. Take care and stay well.
Happy Holidays!

Hello Terri,
Thanks for sharing that story. I have stopped reading Deaf Read, and have looked at Deaf Video TV once or twice, because I don’t have the time or the patience for malicious and back-stabbing behavior. I would love to stay connected with the current discussions in the deaf community, because I live in a very rural area where there isn’t much contact with other deaf people. So… I subscribe to reliable blogs/vlogs via RSS feeder. Keep up the good work!

Terri, It is a wonderful story. I believe i had heard of it several years ago, but not as the same as the way you express and how you imply it to our problems. This vlog is beautiful. Thank you very much.

Hi Teri, I’ve been reading and watching your vlogs for few weeks now. I really enjoyed your vlogs. I found them really inspirational. Keep doing it and you will inspire others like you inspire me.
Regarding your vlog, I’ve always believe in being grateful for what you have and do not desire for any thing more. It does get you far in your life by just being grateful, polite, and helpful because you will be rewarded in the end. I have definitely seen the results for being grateful. That’s always my motto.
Be grateful.

Great vlog about the Zen story and the thief. I’ve seen you telling stories related to Zen. I would like to know where did you read the stories from…from what book. It sounds like a good book to read and learn from it. Thanks for sharing with us! Have a great holiday!

What a beautiful story.
When I was much younger, a wise woman told me.. honey will attract more bees than vinegar. After pondering, I asked her why do I want to attract the wasps? She chuckled.
Fast forward many years later, I agree that honey is more effective, even with the wasps.
